Activation normally takes 5 to 15 minutes from the moment payment clears. You receive the Xtream host, username and password on WhatsApp, along with the setup link.

Yes. A seven-day electronic programme guide populates automatically from your playlist, and 3-day catch-up is available on supported networks so you can rewind to something you missed.

No. Every plan is a single charge for a fixed term and nothing renews on its own. No payment card is stored after checkout. We message you a few days before expiry so you are never cut off unexpectedly.

All sales are final once a line is activated, because access is immediate and digital. Verified exceptions exist for an outage over 72 consecutive hours or a duplicate charge — both are set out on our refund policy page. This is exactly why the CA$10.99 introductory month exists.

Yes. Message support on WhatsApp and the unused portion of your current term is credited against the longer plan instead of being lost.

Yes. Resellers buy credit bundles from 5 to 50 credits and get a full Xtream-Codes management panel to create, activate and extend customer lines, plus a one-to-one onboarding call.

We operate as a reseller of licensed third-party streaming infrastructure and do not host, store or originate any content ourselves. Subscribers are responsible for complying with the broadcasting and copyright rules that apply where they live.
